Dr. Marc Cooper’s professional career includes private periodontist, academician, researcher, teacher, practice management consultant, corporate consultant, trainer, thought partner, seminar director, board director, author, entrepreneur and inventor. He has studied with masters in many disciplines, participated in formal business educational programs, and worked as an independent contractor with top-flight consulting companies. In 2011, he was selected as a coach for the prestigious TED Fellows Program. The Mastery Company has been in existence since 1984. Dr. Cooper’s client experience in dentistry includes all types of practices. He has worked with numbers of healthcare entities. In addition, Dr. Cooper has worked with Silicon Valley start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.

Summary: The effectiveness of communication in any relationship or business is the fundamental and critical to its success. Yet, there is little if any education or training in communication. This program will examine how you communicate as an office and as individuals, and present a proven model that will immediately impact performance and well being in the office and each one’s personal life.
